Agreement

The terms and conditions that govern the downloading and use by all users of the content and services offered by 8 Elements Ltd or any of its subsidiaries via an 8elements branded or managed portal that you have accessed can be found at www.8elements.net. By downloading and/or using the Content or Services provided you confirm that you have read and understood and agree with these full terms and conditions. By downloading content from our Sites or subscribing to our Services or accessing to our Services you agree to receive information and marketing messages from 8elements.

Robi Mobile Services Customer Terms

You confirm herewith the acceptance of the full Robi Customer terms. The terms are accessed at https://robi.com.bd/en.

Terms & Conditions for GamerHeaven Games Club:

Thank you for subscribing to the GamerHeaven Games Club (in the following referred to as SERVICE) for Robi users in Bangladesh.

With your membership, you agree to be bound by these installment terms & conditions ("Terms & Conditions") between you and 8 Elements Ltd or any of 8elements affiliates or related companies IN ADDITION to our general terms of use and Robi's mobile service customer terms.

1. Service

The SERVICE is a weekly-based membership which is activated when you confirm the installments on the SERVICE mobile site or via SMS. This annual subscription to SERVICE allows you to download one game from this mobile site every day according to 8elements catalogue for each installment of only TK 6.66 per day (WEB/WAP/DATA connection charges are not included).

Your annual subscription to SERVICE is based on weekly membership payments which recur if you have not unsubscribed. You can unsubscribe to SERVICE at any time (please note the minimum subscription period of 2 weeks) by clicking on STOP subscription in the designated "MyAccount" section. Once you have unsubscribed, you will lose all credits on SERVICE and will not be able to download any games using your credits. 8elements reserves the right to end your subscription at will.

2. Conditions

This service is available to Robi subscribers only.

3. Access to the SERVICE

In order to gain access to SERVICE, you will first need to click on Join Now or Confirm on any banner or website or the mobile site itself. You will then be charged TK 6.66 for that day. Every week, you will be charged TK 6.66 and be given one credit to download your free games every day. You will be a member of the SERVICE until you unsubscribe.

4. Specific Terms for SERVICE

During the period when you are a member of SERVICE, you will get to choose one games per day. You may accumulate your daily credits for one year only.

Please note that the minimum subscription period is 2 weeks.

If you unsubscribe within the first 2 weeks of your subscription, you will be blacklisted for a period of 4 weeks and after 4 weeks, you will then be allowed to subscribe again to SERVICE.

Your membership period is limited to 12 months. You will not be charged any installments after 12 months but you will keep your game credits and downloaded games.

5. Payments

You will be charged an installment of Tk 6.66 each day on your phone bill. If you are a prepaid user, please ensure that you have enough credits on your prepaid card before you subscribe to SERVICE.

6. Personal Information

You have the right to gain access, amend and/or oppose the communication of data by 8elements on yourself on request by writing to 8 Elements Ltd at Unit 901, 9/F. New Mandarin Plaza Tower B, 14 Science Museum Road, Tsimshatsui East, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR.

7. Modifications

8elements reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions for SERVICE at any time.

8. Governing Law

The Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. You, as a subscriber, irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bangladesh courts notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based.

Additional Terms of Use

The charges for any Content downloaded or accessed and any Services used are displayed on the Site. The relevant charges will be deducted from your available mobile account.
